Edit: Freezing or unfreezing holds does not work at all. It says that it's happened, but the status does not change, either in the app or online. Multiple items in a series are sorted by the library they're located at (not order un the series)? And I can't change it? No cover pictures? The app is functional, but it's not convenient.
