Totally Meh. Balance and available credit take too long to update. Biometric security needs to be re-verified by a second step on a seemingly continuous basis. Overall use feels klunky, not fluid, and it seems like the page might have been top notch...around 1998 or so. Like I said, Meh. Yes, I can pay my bill online. No, it is not a pleasant experience.

The worst experience ever. Can't log in because the application doesn't seem to know the password. Gives you the feeling that a little kid made the application. Reset my password couple of times and still gives me an error that the password is case sensitive. If I could give it a 1/8 of a star I would. Worst app ever. About to just cancel the card and never deal with them ever again.

This app having such a high rating with all the significantly high numbers of negative comments is kind of top shelf comedy. I don't really use the card but maybe twice a year just for credit purposes. I actually pay more in annual fees than I do purchases lol. However, I'm giving it 2 stars because it is seriously lacking modern software. I mean what I use it for serves its purpose but really!!!! No debt card payment options??? this app is all but officially bedrock.
