This app and card was used as a credit utilization method. Meaning I got and don't use it. Rather than close it, it charged an annual fee and and didn't notify me. Got an email today stating a minimum was due. Little did I know it was 1 day late and additional fee of 25. Haven't had a payment missed on my report from several years and now this. The auto login doesn't work either. If this is monitored I would ask Legacy to reach out to me to rectify this.

old school, they asked for password, routing number, the little blue paper...in that way, you don't finish your payment and incurred on a late fee....not a nice thing to do, your app has to be customer friendly, if you use the same account and same info every month , the app job is to save it and make your payment process easier not more difficult. please fix it. thank you

I've had my card for almost 6 months and am pretty happy with it. The App is super easy to use. Update: Reason for choosing this card was because of the credit limit increase after 6 months. I have made my payments on time/before due date and have now made 7 payments with no increase. Not happy! Went from a 5 star to a 3 star review. Update: I have now made a YEARS worth of on-time payments with still no increase to my credit line. Do NOT apply for this card!
