This app and card was used as a credit utilization method. Meaning I got and don't use it. Rather than close it, it charged an annual fee and and didn't notify me. Got an email today stating a minimum was due. Little did I know it was 1 day late and additional fee of 25. Haven't had a payment missed on my report from several years and now this. The auto login doesn't work either. If this is monitored I would ask Legacy to reach out to me to rectify this.

The Legacy app is one of my favorites, if not the most favorite. It is set up so User friendly. It has the main information you need to know, without any other things that you dont need. Checking your balance and transactions is simple, and making your payments, is so easy. No aggravation, like some I've seen. A great card and a great app to keep track of everything. I love it!!!!

old school, they asked for password, routing number, the little blue paper...in that way, you don't finish your payment and incurred on a late fee....not a nice thing to do, your app has to be customer friendly, if you use the same account and same info every month , the app job is to save it and make your payment process easier not more difficult. please fix it. thank you
