They have GOT to fix this garbage chat that just gives the wrong answer or get caught in a loop and human agents who will just say anything. They also NEED TO FIX THE RECURRING PRESCRIPTION DISPLAY ISSUES - system doesn't display quantities for tubes/inhalers/etc at all so you can't tell whether it's the right number of dispensers before the order arrives, the next fill date fails to update 10-20% of the time, status of refill requests doesn't update, I could go on but the character limit

App performance issues increasing. Often says it is still being prepared, several hours after it is supposed to be ready. No longer informs when it is out for delivery, only update is "driver is on the way!" when they're basically approaching your location. Having the heads up that it was on the way is important for some of us. Drivers have also been not responsive when trying to reach them.

As a new user, I was a bit concerned seeing my refill count dwindle down without reason. Customer service confirmed the accurate count on their end, but their site shows me a different number, and I shared a screenshot of this. Their FAQ also states you should be able to get an FSA-compatible receipt via the order page, but that was nowhere to be found. I've seen ads for this pharmacy for a while, but it seems like they must still be a work-in-progress.
