Ratings and reviews

App performance issues increasing. Often says it is still being prepared, several hours after it is supposed to be ready. No longer informs when it is out for delivery, only update is "driver is on the way!" when they're basically approaching your location. Having the heads up that it was on the way is important for some of us. Drivers have also been not responsive when trying to reach them.

So happy the app ahs finally come to Android. I've been using Capsule for a long time now and it's so convenient and helpful. I do think it's easier to chat or send messages via text, though. On the app or browser, it's difficult to actually get the chat going. But if you shoot them a text they'll help. And the app is perfect and easy for setting up med deliveries and updating payment info

I want to give you a higher recommendation but I have an experience with your computer system and I am now facing a shortage of my pullups and will have to get them elsewhere. Please correct the situation today. Thank you.
