Elevate Gym is the management app for gym owners and their admin team. Organize classes, members, staff and finances from your phone, even offline.

FOR OWNERS AND ADMINS
• Dashboard with active clients, today's classes, expiring memberships and monthly balance
• Build the weekly class schedule with instructor, capacity and location, and see each class's bookings
• Mark attendance for every class and cancel classes when needed
• Invite members by email or with a shared code, and approve or decline join requests
• See each member's status: up to date, overdue or due soon
• Record income and expenses by category, review each month's balance and export to CSV
• Invite your staff with the right role: admin, trainer or practitioner
• Grant Elevate Coach licenses to your trainers
• Create routine templates and assign them to your members
• Set your gym's currency and time zone, and upload your logo

• Build a catalog of individual or group services with duration and capacity
• Manage each practitioner's working hours and days off
• Book appointments, record attendance and payments, and sell session packs

FOR PRACTITIONERS
• See your agenda, your patients and your hours
• Keep private notes on each patient and share them with the team only with the patient's consent

WORKS OFFLINE
Changes are saved on your device first and sync automatically when you're back online. Some actions, like sending invitations or approving requests, need a connection.
