I switched from feeder to this and couldn't be more happier. Only one down side in this app so far is, it doesn't support pet feed notification category. Enabling that would allow seeing different notification options per feed. I would also like to have the option to completely hide/remove mark all as read button. I don't even want to accidentally tap on it and that space is wasted.

I love this app as my primary RSS reader but it does have some items I would like to see addressed 1. Widget does not allow you to select a specific Folder or Feed to display on your homescreen. I. understand the value of showing "Newest" but further value would be added if we could designate a feed or folder to monitor on our homescreen. 2. Images on Widget. Text is fine, but having images would be better. 3. The ability to add custom fonts like Google Sans Flex would be great.

Just wanted to express via review that this is a great RSS reader. I've finally ditched Feedly for good because they've continuously paywalled features they used to provide for free. Capy Reader is the only reader I've found that reliably synchronized my feeds from my at home lab FreshAPI instance, as well as customized tags and labels into a clean UI. It's also not bogged down with a bunch of AI nonsense that a lot of other readers are deviating to, that I could care less about. Good work.
