Very disappointing experience. I placed a sell-back request for my earring through the app and have been following up for the last 15–20 days. I contacted customer care multiple times and was repeatedly given false assurances that the process would be initiated soon, but nothing happened. No updates, no action, and no accountability. Extremely poor customer service.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Cartlane. My order was placed long ago, but even after repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution or clear delivery update. The only thing their customer support keeps doing is giving false promises like “it will be delivered soon” or “we are checking on it,” but nothing actually changes. It feels like customers are not valued at all once the payment is made. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no genuine effort

I would not recommend trusting the delivery commitments provided by CaratLane. I cancelled my order over a week ago, but even after the cancellation, the order was still being prepared for dispatch. The delivery and order status updates were not consistent with what I was told. My experience was disappointing, and I advise customers to be cautious and follow up regularly instead of relying solely on the promised dates.
