Ratings and reviews

This is the most frustrating app experience I’ve ever had. I placed my order in January and only received it at the end of March after multiple follow-ups. Even now, the app still shows it as “Not Delivered,” so I can’t initiate an exchange. The delivery date just keeps getting pushed in the app, while the product is already delivered. This is completely unacceptable—please fix this issue immediately.

Their savings plan feels like a scam. I redeemed the Treasure Chest plan for one purchase and paid ₹20,000 extra. Due to a weight difference, ₹7,000 was refunded—but it was credited back to the plan instead of to me, and I couldn’t even view the balance. I made another purchase, paid ₹8,000 more, and again the refund was added to the plan. It seems impossible to fully use the money I’ve already paid.

Worst experience ever from a brand like CaratLane. Delivery date keeps on changing even after a month with no proper explanations. Their customer supports are big time liars and will say anything to convince you for not cancelling the order. Very poor service and highly disappointing. I will never recommend this app for online purchase to anyone.
