breathe ilo is a system of a handheld device and an App, designed to support women who want to observe their menstrual cycle or are trying to conceive.

The system combines a handheld device with an app to analyze natural CO₂ changes in exhaled breath. Hormonal fluctuations across the cycle influence breathing patterns. breathe ilo uses infrared-based CO₂ measurement technology to translate these cyclical changes into cycle phase information in the app.
