It was my mistake not going through the reviews before purchasing the watch! It's a disaster, a nightmare alive! The watch is far away from being smart, it's just a digital watch, and as for health and fitness monitoring which is supposed to be the main use, it doesn't even perform this function correctly. The app keeps disconnecting even though I connect the watch to the phone every almost 10 minutes, I have to uninstall and install the app to reconnect twice a day or more and no battery life.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a smartwatch and its companion app than I did with Cardo. The watch is unreliable, the app is full of bugs, and the customer service is non-existent. Syncing issues, constant crashes, and inaccurate health tracking make the whole product useless. Honestly, I regret every pound I spent. Totally disappointed and would never recommend it to anyone.

I bought the cardoo scale pro and all the readings were zero and after speaking with the customer service and technical support and reached nowhere I replaced the device with another one and still the readings were always zero. After a lot of calls the technical support says that it's a bug in the app and not the device... Their products are just for show they don't actually do anything and their technical support are just normal people with no technical background. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
