I have a serious problem with Cardoo ring. Software has a bug and crashes the rest of the apps on my phone. I deleted the app then reinstalled it and it wouldn't let me log in despite changing my password several times. now I have a ring that is completely useless and no really customer service to speak to that can help resolve the issue. as much as I am big supported of Egyptian products, this purchase is really disappointing.

i bought the ring. the app crashes all the time and is missing a lot of controls for the ring. It's a very bad experience also, it doesn't track the hear rate correctly. Also, the battery finished in one dat not 7 like they claim Don't buy it. That app is an amateur experience.

Cardoo Ring It doesn't give what they promised for. No real time monitoring, no smart tracking for your heart rate, sleep, calories, or daily activity. no alysis and tracking your pulse and daily activity, every second (as stated in the ads, no AI assisted report or health advice. even the step counter is not accurate. No cycle tracking or pregnancy updates. Ring doesn't detect or record sleep at all. Poor mobile touch control. Big disappointment 😔
