Cardoo Ring It doesn't give what they promised for. No real time monitoring, no smart tracking for your heart rate, sleep, calories, or daily activity. no alysis and tracking your pulse and daily activity, every second (as stated in the ads, no AI assisted report or health advice. even the step counter is not accurate. No cycle tracking or pregnancy updates. Ring doesn't detect or record sleep at all. Poor mobile touch control. Big disappointment 😔

the app is disaster always wants me to reconnct the watch ,always ask me to clear cache and reconnect again ,the facilities inside the app for the watch is too low the watch itself isn't that good that i saw from the ads they do too much marketing for overrated watch if i can return it and lose a few amount of money i would do that gladly actually regretted to trust them never trust that brand again for my life, i believe that every thing was on the ads are lie just to sell

hello developers, however, i have been suffering from your app. the first issue, cheif among which, is that the app seriously needs description on each and every thing; options, clicks, and notes. everything must be in detail. secondly, i bought the cardoo ring last night from the Authorised place that sells it. the ring works and stops working as if it has a brain on its own. that needs to be fixed by updating the apps software which is glitchy. furthermore, the app doesn't read heart-rate!!!!
