Hello, I wanted to take the time to thank the women working behind CareExchange. Not only are responses quick via calls, messages, notes, or emails, but they're also ALL very informative. Explaining app-related steps that are easy to follow. Update 6/26/24: lately, when attempting to clock in, the app will glitch back and forth from log in to home page and back again, 2-3 times before im able to log in successfully.

simply does not work. clicks off every 30 seconds. contact us does not let you speak with anybody. i understand wanting to be more modern, but finds something that works

slow, can't do real time adjustments and have to wait the entire shift before you can add a visit.
