I have no clue no as to why any sane person would ever choose to use this antiquated, sloppy, slow, constantly crashing dinosaur of an application! I can't say anything positive about this nor can anyone else judging by the reviews. I'm a parent trying to help my caregiver navigate this monstrosity and we're thinking of quitting and transferring to another agency just so we can avoid using this app. It should have been named Care Mis-handler!

It won't let me clock in. It goes to Google map for directions and the Google map won't go away to clock in.

This app doesnt track my hours properly. So I'm not getting paid for the time im putting in. when I ask my work about it they tell me the app doesnt like androids. the person who runs the app, wont accept that the fact that the app is defective. So there's not much they can do about it. So to prove that it is defective.I'm using the app and clocking on and off via calling the office. Please fix this app
