I have been using this app now for some time. They respond quickly to all issues and if there is an issue they fix it! I would recommend this to anyone!Update- they have been very responsive and did help fix my account- I cannot sign in to my account and cannot find any way to contact support. I would love some kind of contact with someone.

I love this app. I love the rewards. I do think that us Caregivers deserve more than 2 coins a day, but something is better than nothing. I had issues with the app, but contacted support, and Chira was and still is awesome. She got me taken care of right away. Her and I have developed an amazing virtual relationship..lol.. Thank you so much for looking out for us..

Great app, Great rewards! I love how easy and user friendly is the app. Prompt customer service. I had trouble redeeming my$ 10,- Amazon gift card, contacted customer service and they took care of me right away. I feel greateful and impressed that someone is still rewarding caregivers... We went through a pandemic and continue to take care of patients every day. It is so nice to know that someone appreciates our work and has a wonderful app and rewards out there. The app and rewards are real!
