About this app

i-care® plus gives you insight in the care of a loved one. The app is designed to provide peace of mind, not only to you but the one you care for as well. i-care® plus connects to an alarm device and when the alarm button is pressed, a notification will show up in the app letting you know that your loved one needs assistance. As an approved “carer”, you can respond to alarms, view latest known position*, see the service user’s step count and have access to the device’s status such as battery level and signal strength.  You will only be able to use this app if you have been invited and received an account by a service provider.  *Only when app is connected to an out-and-about social alarm like the Abby & Careium 450.
