Ratings and reviews

The clock-in feature is sometimes glitchy and will crash before it has completed clocking in. The care plan questions occasionally won't submit. The new feature where you can add previous tasks rarely works. It just shows your clock-in and out times. 4/24/2 the app doesn't open, because it thinks it needs to be updated. I have already updated and re-started my phone. The app has a lot of issues but has great potential.Works best with a 5.0 device. Won't work on 4.5 or less. Tech support doesn't

UPDATE: It has been a year without resolution of this issue. I have spoken to technical support and still no fix. Consider being disabled with no method of transportation. PLEASE fix the issue with connecting to LYFT for CareRides. This is an imperative service for clients. Also, consider more than one ride provider. Also, allow clients to delete tasks that do not apply to their situation. Adding tasks is helpful, but deleting or hiding prepopulated tasks should be an option.

Thumbs down! Waste of time. You sell yourself with a paragraph and hope that the site will actually upload the text... then you submit your request to families listed on the site... easy enough. Right? Yes, but you're sometimes up against HUNDREDS of other people. Sometimes the requests are quite old as well. The app may be better in much larger cities but it was pointless where I'm from. With that being said, the staff that I had correspondence with were apologetic and quick to reply.
