1st day and I can't log in at all.. have used the codes the center gave me and verified them..I get an error saying this isn't supposed to happen.. help. I can tell you carium has one of the best customer I have ever experienced. They literally call you on your phone and walk you through every step of the way to ensure that youre logged in properly. Thank you so much for all your help

This is a must have if your doctor participates with them. The founder and all of the nurses are the nicest, sweetest, helpful people. You are not interacting with a robot, you are speaking to loving nurses whom I've come to know by first name. They are ALL very caring, interactive, and monitor your stats daily. I love this app and the fact that my doctor partenered with them. I would never have a phone and NOT have this app on it!

I've been using this app since November 2021 and have lost 30 pounds. I absolutely love this app. I just started using other features like tracking my medications. I love every thing this app offers. I will continue using it to keep me on track. I'm at my goal weight now.
