Other Features
• Choose between Light and Dark Theme.
• Change color scheme of the app by choosing from available colors.
• Backup and restoring of data such as the list of recorded setbacks.

simple, beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for. No ads or in-app-purchases. thx so much!! if you could add a "sharing" feature with friends, that would be amazing, just to keep each other accountable. it doesn't have to be complicated... a simple firebase server should do the trick! 😁
