Most of what matters is never advertised. The company quietly for sale. The CFO seat the incumbent doesn't know is open. The cofounder still employed elsewhere. CARMAboard matches that demand with the capability nobody publishes - anonymously, and only with consent.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Say. Tell us what you're looking for, what you're offering, or both. Under a handle - never your name, never your employer.
2. Match. Your post is matched against every other post on the board, on both sides of the market. They never learn you looked, and you never learn they did.
3. Talk. An approach arrives. Accept, decline, or decline and block. Identities unlock only when you both choose.

BOTH SIDES, ONE MEMBER
You are rarely only a buyer or only a seller. A founder raising capital is also hiring. An operator open to the right approach is also looking for a technical cofounder. One account carries every interest you have, on either side, each one live or paused independently.

WHY THIS IS SAFE TO USE WHILE EMPLOYED
- Declines leave no trace. Turn an approach down and it disappears. No read receipt, no notification, no record the other side can see.
- Organizations reveal first. When a company approaches you, they unmask before you do. You are never the one exposed first.
- Your employer is blocked by name. Name the companies that must never see you. They are excluded from matching, and they cannot reach your inbox.
- No identity documents, ever. We don't ask for your passport and we don't want it.
- Contact details can't leak early. Emails, numbers and links are filtered inside sealed rooms until both sides have revealed.
- Approached individuals never pay. If a company comes to you, the conversation is free to you. Always.

Free - $0. Browse every anonymized card, post what you're looking for and offering, be matched in both directions, and respond to any organization free.
Membership - $24.90 per month. Open person-to-person connections, unlimited approaches and sealed rooms, cancel anytime.
Business - $250 per seat per month. Confidential organizational searches, named-company blocking honored, seats managed centrally.

A person approached by a company never pays to answer. Membership is for the conversations you start - never for the ones that find you.
