Won't open right now. Has a bug or something. For the most part it does well for me. The only annoying thing is trying to browse things in your cart. You have to touch the screen just right or else it will "click" on an item unintentionally and take you to it or swipe to the left to delete the item. App definitely needs some work! But I love Carter's.

The app has issues when you try to pay or use your rewards to pay. I tried multiple times in December to pay via the app. I lost two $10 rewards because I couldn't apply them. I needed to use the app as I wanted to use curbside pickup and it's only available in the app. I had to go on the computer to order online. Takes away the convenience factor of having the app. Not impressed at all, fix this ASAP. Update 11/29/22 Since the last update I can not log into the app. Please fix this issue!

My first time checking out using the app was disappointing. I wasn't able to check out at all after trying to apply my gift card to the remaining total. It gave the notification that it applied to the total, however, the actual price did not reflect it. When I went to click the checkout button, it did not do anything but refresh and I had to re-enter the same gift card credentials. I did this 3 times until I gave up and then went to the website to checkout. So I'll uninstall.
