My experience with the app and the company has been nothing short of AWFUL! I asked for this as a gift for multiple years, I finally got it and it has been a HUGE disappointment. The interest survey is POINTLESS because it has absolutely NO impact on the items you receive if something happens and you can't complete your seasonal box selections. In fact, they send you the exact opposite of your items of interest. Don't bother trying to reach customer service, IT DOESN'T EXIST. BIG WASTE OF MONEY

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! A lot of the items and products they sell are cheaply made from unknown brands, with deceptive pricing. You'll likely never receive some of your items. It’s common place for an item to never ship with no noticeYou'll also receive damaged items. Trying to get a replacement or refund is nearly impossible.Expect only disappointment and poor products if you try FabFitFun.

love it!!! I have been introduced to so much through this app. I must admit I'm a bit addicted to the sales... big time savings, but still a little pricey, and shipping sometimes takes way too long... that's why four stars... but if you can afford it, it is really fun. also I love the surprise factor of the box when it gets here... got my dog signed up for pup box, she loves it too.
