Love the convenience of the monthly membership but I don't understand why the app and the website aren't linked together. I had to delete the app since I can't use my email address to create an account. I give the facility 5 stars but the web service gets 1 star

Car wash and staff are great. Really enjoy my $21.99 a month membership for unlimited ultimate washes. The only thing they need to do is convert one of the lanes for monthly membership people and the other for pay per wash people. They sit there and can't figure out the system and hold everyone else up.

Buy the monthly package. It's worth it. Lots of vacuums (2 per car) and short lines typically. Does a good job for an automatic car wash.
