Way too glitchy, please work out the glitches! Often says I have the same task to complete over and over again, though I have already completed the task! It would also be nice if there was an option to just enter the last four digits of identity numbers in the questionnaires as having to add the full ID number causes the chance of identity theft to possibly happen more often!

I am 100% certain this app is a scam. Not a single app, or "business looking to help with addictions" for video games nonetheless asks for your social security number, your actual counselor's office and contact info, your provider and as additional information such as address, house phone number. If you're advertising it to pay people who play video games, then don't go the extra mile and just make it how it's advertised. Otherwise you're scamming people to collect, and sell information.

completely unacceptable login system. no hints, no explanations, nothing. I typed in the login key, let me log in. If you need more information than that, tell me. Infuriating and completely inscrutable. At least tell me what additional information is required.
