About this app

Cases Frame is a private, staff-only management app for aesthetic and medical clinics. It keeps your patients,
appointments, clinical photos, documents and billing in one calm, secure place — on your phone or in the browser.

Built for the clinic team, not the public: every account is created by the clinic, and access is protected by secure
sign-in.


What you can do:
• Patient records — contact details, history, consultation notes and documents, organised per patient.
• Scheduling — the day's appointments and upcoming visits at a glance, with optional calendar sync.
• Clinical photos — capture and organise before / after / follow-up photos per procedure, with consent tracking.
• Procedures & products — record treatments performed and products or stock used.
• Billing — create invoices, record payments and export accounting-ready reports.
• Follow-ups — a clear action centre so an after-photo or pending balance is never missed.

Privacy first:
Cases Frame is designed around GDPR. Health data is treated as special-category data — encrypted in transit, protected at
rest, never sold, and never shared with advertising or analytics third parties. Diagnostics are first-party and contain no
patient data. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
