WellBeacon is available exclusively to individuals and their dependents who have access to Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association in Alabama through their employee benefits program. Features vary depending on your employer’s offerings.

Not helpful, but also the only online option that bcbs provides currently. I'm unable to search for providers, and both bcbs and wellbeacon tell me that the other is the source of the problem. They're unwilling to provide contact information for technical support. If you have a choice stay away from this software. Expect failure.

Needs 0 star rating. Useless will be deleting. I was looking to see if a specific provider was in network. When I typed the name, I wasn't shown providers. I was shown a list of procedures and disorders. There is no excuse for a company this big to be so lacking.
