It loads so much and you have to learn tricks to keep from loosing your progress when placing and order. also the login is like a government website. pretty annoying. It dose help me tho and I'm greatful to have it.

I like this app. I love CAT customer service. I've never interacted with anyone that had so much as a bad attitude. Fantastic!

honestly, it's pretty useless, keeps logging me out, can never find parts diagram,can rarely tell me whether or not it will fit my equipment always telling me to contact the dealer (so what's the point🤦) pictures are either, terrible, inaccurate, or non-existent. overall, I would definitely not recommend for Parts checking / sourcing Just call the local guys
