keeps logging me out when use fingerprint, says access denied why do I have to clear cache after an all update 8/24 app still buggy after update won't.load until clear cache and data yes the issue persist

What’s new

Added a Deep link to VisionLink®, the user can initiate remote troubleshooting for the eligible assets from the asset details screen. Added an option to mark assets as ‘favorites’, ‘Update Hours’ (SMH) has been renamed to ‘Adjust Hours’. Users can now view the combination of commercial device types for PL671. Defect fixes and performance optimisation.
