Ratings and reviews

This app is good and useful... when it works, but it is unreliable without warning, so important conversations haven't been recorded at times. It's supposed to record all your phone calls automatically, but sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, and I don't see anything that tells me if it's operating till I get off the call and look for the recording. There is a helper app, and sometimes it gets disconnected so if you open that it can detect the problem and reconnects, but not always that.

When it works, it works well. User interface is clean and unobtrusive. It's rather fiddly to get configured, but that's mostly because it has to work around roadblocks set up by Google. Now and then are mysterious failures to record. An alert or something telling the user during a call that it's not hearing the other end would help with fixing that.

Since the change from Google, even after installing the helper app, I cannot change my settings in the accessibility menu. It's grayed out for Cube ACR. I'll need to find another recording app to use. Not happy with Google right now, as usual. Much too intrusive and controlling. This is Google's fault. I'll contact the developer to see if they can fix it. If so I'll update my review.
