Used to be good... Now I bought couple of tickets for single rental, tried to play, but regardless of device always shown error network assset 0002...my connection is very good for everything else... Tried to contact customer service, although zi already provided error message and everything, they keep asking for more data... The CS is hugely unhelpful... Just a waste of time

most of movie (rented) keep on stopping & legging every 5 seconds...really disappointed eventhough unternet signal is good

The worst streaming app i've ever used and paid for. I have made a payment for streaming for 7 days, but it turns out that the film I want to watch was not included in the membership that I had paid for. And what is more surprising is, people pay for subscriptions differently from single rent. So I have to pay twice to watch the film I want. Plus, in my opinion, the application is very unfriendly to users.
