It's a good app, especially after the latest update. I've been using it regularly and recommending it to my friends But today I suddenly found my account was banned without any clear reason i did not break any rules i also tested logging in with another account and even on a different device, but I still receive the same ban message This suggests there might be an error or an automatic system issue so could you please review my case and help me restore access?

Everything in this program is great, but it does not recognize numbers as numbers instead of letters, even though Google writes them as numbers, and it does not recognize the symbols for money, so an error mark appears in numbers and money, like the word dollar ($).

I haven't used the app for at least a week. When I logged in, I found I was logged out. To put it more clearly, the app logged me out, and I received a notification that my account was banned for violating some policies. How could I have violated them when I wasn't even using the app? All I was doing was learning English. I don't understand.
