S Boggs So far the app works flawlessly. As long as you take the time to set the information up correctly in the app. I have used it several times and it has taken less than 2 minutes to pull on to the scale, weigh, get my confirmation and pull off the scale. Far better than the 15 to 20 minutes it takes weighing, finding a place to park, walk inside, stand in line etc. I only gave it 4 stars because as yet it is unable to do a reweigh. You can still reweigh with the ticket, you just have to walk inside this time.
Haven't found a way to change my initial settings from the original setup, when I touch the gear for settings all that comes up is a phone number or sign out. The settings should be able to be accessed without calling someone. Otherwise the app works as it should.
Incomplete at best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Plus you can't see your past weights through the app, to see them you have to sift through a bunch of emails. And the answer from support is to take a screenshot because data stored on the cloud via app could pose a privacy issue. Lazy bunches who don't want to integrate those functions. I expected more.
It works pretty well, but why not put in a locator? It already has access to the location data. Why not take that a step further and throw in a locator so we don't have to use 2 separate apps?
Immediately after downloading this application I was inundated with copius amounts of sales and scam calls. Other than these two violations of privacy I would say the app runs flawlessly.
if the app is working, 90% of the time the cashiers still come over the squawk box- completely negating the purpose of the app. It's hit or miss that the thing works to begin with. I'm uninstalling it
Minor bug fixes.
