Been trying to get out for a couple weeks and it's so chaotic! It's sometimes books multiple overlapping drives, sometimes it looks drives that never happened, or a books of drive at some crazy time of night that it never occurred. I get notifications from the app, but there's nothing there. And on top of all that the price point is a little insane to me. $20 - $30 sure-- but $90+? I'm just going back to my Google sheets

I wasn't impressed because it's laborious to delete drives (that don't need recording), it missed tracking a drive, and the trial ran out with a tiny notification of such so it was not tracking and I didn't know it. The drives are frustrating to edit because you can't easily change the beginning or end of a drive, only manual typing the address. and if you preview the map then go back, the entire list of drives refreshes and you lose your place on the list.

This product was almost flawless for the first 6 years, I used it. When there was a hiccup, CS was prompt and good. I started having more ongoing issues about a year ago and CS declined in quality of response (went to AI or form responses that literally have not come close to addressing my questions). This summer they gave a massive price increase. That would have been fine, BUT the quality has significantly declined. Wildly inaccurate routes and ADDED erroneous mileage. Missed stops it used to
