Ratings and reviews

The App was working fine until yesterday (19/8/22) then suddenly it crashed and just error message displays in the screen. Uninstalled and installed again few times, still the issue persist. Mailed to the contact id but there is no response from them..!! And the most pathetic part is there is no call center to convey the issue. Since it is a stock trading related app wont recommend to anybody. And will try to close the account on whenever the app get fixes and moves to some another platform..

Apps like this should not have downtime time or technical glitches during trading hours. Also spreads are higher and always end up paying higher prices compared to other platforms. Only benefit is it's linked to bank account and remittances are seamless.

The app needs a huge upgrade to make it able to compete with other players in the market. With regards to the manual trade option there is no list of securities, you need to search for? All other such trading apps have lists of securities available to trade, they just have the search option.
