Looks promising, but it's incredibly slow and errors pop up frequently. For an app you're using in a hospital, it really needs to be a much smoother and less stressful experience. The login session times out too fast, for every meal it requests a log on to place an order. (And it often errors during this as well.) The "visitor" mode doesn't work at all and can't load any menus.

Well designed. Easy to use. Very helpful for patients. I believe most of the bad ratings here stem from poor internet connection at this hospital. The app itself works flawlessly when the Wi-Fi doesn't drop out. However, the Wi-Fi drops out about every 20 or 30 seconds, so it's not very convenient. Also, the lack of feedback from the developers to the people taking the time to review is concerning and not how a legitimate developer acts.

The app installed easily, and configuration was straightforward as long as you have the hospital and patient ID's ready. I've been using the app for 2 weeks now without any issues. My meals are arriving with what I ordered. One benefit is that I can place orders even if the catering department is closed. The app is very slow, though. I hope this can be addressed. A nice feature to add would be to allow logging in using biometrics.

What's new

This version fixes two issues: a user could not successfully log in to an account using an email and the last Category was not fully accessible if the user needed to scroll to the that Category.
