21/07/2025 I don't know how. but you made it worse. I have play/pause. no ability to go forwards or backwards. missed something, you're outta luck. 10/09/23 Ok it streams. That part works. But play pause doesn't work via Bluetooth. Onscreen navigation buttons never go away. Same for quick bars on tablets. Shows with multiple series always defaults to the first series, regardless of where you're at in that shows series. NO SKIP INTRO!!! No skip to next episode when credits start.

I love the content and have a yearly subscription. Platform is great but the app and interface needs some work with how glitchy it gets, particularly with the subtitles. It's a consistent issue on my TV app, phone, and when being Chromecast, even after all necessary updates and clear cache. What's particularly odd is how at one moment the subtitles become fairly large at random moments and cut off half the sentences and at times display at super fast rate for sentences not shown yet in the show.

Awful APP, so many issues. The latest is listing duplications of every episode of a season, so when on autoplay, you have to forward through the same episode of the show you just seen (NCIS season 12 & 13). Worse than that, season 14 has switched to another language entirely, despite correct settings/being set to English (and English being the only available option in settings anyway!). Utterly bizarre. No other shows, etc, just that season or that show. Support are useless, don't help.
