I used to love watching shows on this App, but there must have been an update recently. Because now, when I open the App, all I get is a blank screen that only shows the CBS logo mid screen. But, nothing else ever loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times with no improvement. Update: Finally, after the 4th uninstall and reinstall, I got it working on my android phone again.

The app refuses to work. I'll either get a black screen right off the bat, or after I click 'watch free episodes'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've waited for days, a week, and longer, periodically trying to open the app. It's just stopped functioning.

If you use a VPN, apparently the app won't work. I don't know why it matters when you have to be logged into your TV provider to watch anything anyway. Once I disabled mine, I was notified about 800+ tracking attempts that were made WITHIN A MINUTE time frame from me opening the app. Basically, don't use the app if you don't want to be tracked or have your personal information taken. Without disabling your VPN, be prepared to not be able to get into the app and be stuck staring at the CBS logo.
