Love the show and loved the app, but now I can't vote because according to the app i've reached the "max numbers of registration" even though I've only registered my number to one devise! I registered days before the 1st vote of the season and had to "register" again. The app crashed and now I can't vote. really upset about this since the fun part of Love Island is voting and interacting with the app! Also, not great that the app does not allow you to contact tech support to fix the issue.

I registered to vote before the first vote, yet during the voting period it requests that I register again. After attempting to register with the same phone number, the app returns a "Network Error" and does not allow registration. I tried this for the whole time voting was open. Eventually, the app started returning a "Maximum number of registrations reached", even though the registration requests seemingly never went through. The app needs better support during voting periods.

I downloaded and registered to vote days before the new season even started, but during today's vote, the app kicked me out and when it reloaded it deregistered my vote, asking me to register again, but no matter how many times I tried, it wouldn't work. It kept saying network error and then eventually that registration was at it's max. I was so disappointed and didn't think I'd get to vote. But after waiting hours & adding 1 to my country code AND phone #, it finally worked & let me vote!
