Regarding Sahel appsue when trying to run the loan Tab. When pressed, the page simply doesn't work and keeps running with hang on message. I can't pay nor view the loan details. I checked from on different mobile for another user and same error is present. I believe not just me who are facing this issue. This happens after the last update. Please check the attachments. Kindly check and advise.

This app is not loading after the biometric log in. Tried for 20 minutes. Very bad experience. I'm updating me review, it is getting better these days.

The application is so slow, details for the loan doesn't show like before, and for imtiaz for her card, you can't pay an amount you prefer
