Why have an app when you can't sign up? Put everything in the way you are supposed to and then the submit button just remains greyed out. I tried so many times and so many different ways. It seems like it would actually be less frustrating just walking the property looking at every plot one by one for my loved ones. Do better.

App won't allow me to sign up. I entered all my information correctly but it keeps telling me to "Use correct information". It would be helpful for it to tell you what it considers to be wrong. I really don't understand why you have to sign-up with personal information other than this app is really just a marketing tool for cemeteries.

sign up is difficult and exasperating. I put in a user name and when I went to sign in, the app changed it to my email instead. So when I entered my password, it said there was an error. (And yes. I double checked the spelling.) I liked the old app.
