crashes all the time doesn't let you log in. can't type in a name in the search for loved one without crashing. walking directions are terrible often tells you the grave is located in the middle of the road. I don't like having to login every time to access the search for loved ones

sign up is difficult and exasperating. I put in a user name and when I went to sign in, the app changed it to my email instead. So when I entered my password, it said there was an error. (And yes. I double checked the spelling.) I liked the old app.

Why have an app when you can't sign up? Put everything in the way you are supposed to and then the submit button just remains greyed out. I tried so many times and so many different ways. It seems like it would actually be less frustrating just walking the property looking at every plot one by one for my loved ones. Do better.
