CCC ONE Repair Facility enables collision repair facilities that use CCC ONE® Repair Workflow software to remotely manage the vehicle repair process from an Android device. No need to walk back to a desk to update a repair plan, upload a photo, or write a note. Just do it from your phone!

I throughly enjoy the added features to the app. My only grip is importing from other estimating systems... Audatex. Our insurance companies force us to us such estimating systems. If I open a work workfile from another estimating system... nothing's there... but see desktop version. The more annoying thing is I can see parts and everything else. So one of the biggest plus of seeing an estimate in not available. That is ridiculous. Please fix that problem! Add this and I change my reveiw!

since the latest update a week or two ago, almost every time I try and upload photos the CCC app says I'm having connection issue. I've never once had this issue before this latest update. my internet is fine, and even if I turn off Wi-Fi and go off my data plan oh, it's the same issue. it's bad enough when I'm only doing one photo, but if I'm uploading a group of photos to a file, it now makes it almost impossible. I'm having to try and upload photos 3 4 5 times or more before it finally work

As an Android user, it would be nice to have an estimate, parts list (where labels can be printed from), and labor tabs. I'd like to look at an estimate quickly to see what's being done. The parts tab is useful to see, on the fly, what parts are in. And being able to see who was assigned to the vehicle is really useful. Taking photos is clunky, although I do like the pre-labeled spots of common pics. I would like an option that would make labeling prior and claim damages easier. Much like what's done for the common photos (VIN, odometer, vehicle surround, etc.). Although I know it's not practical, but being able to actual generate the estimate in the app would be a really nice feature.

We're at it again, updating the app to make it smarter and faster. In this release we have added an exciting new feature which will improve the photo capture process.
