the app is great except once everything is submitted it just sits there. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard from the appraiser or anyone and still haven't gotten my car fixed.

This app literally does not even work--at all! When you open it, it says to close the app! That's it! Nothing! It really deserves zero stars, but that's not an option.

Very simple to use! Although it can be slow, and it was tough trying to figure out how to use the camera after it give instructions. (Maybe it's my phone) but I had to hit my back button to get the camera to activate for I could take pictures. Otherwise. Easy Peezy1
