CCC ONE Repair Facility enables collision repair facilities that use CCC ONE® Repair Workflow software to remotely manage the vehicle repair process from an Android device. No need to walk back to a desk to update a repair plan, upload a photo, or write a note. Just do it from your phone!

I throughly enjoy the added features to the app. My only grip is importing from other estimating systems... Audatex. Our insurance companies force us to us such estimating systems. If I open a work workfile from another estimating system... nothing's there... but see desktop version. The more annoying thing is I can see parts and everything else. So one of the biggest plus of seeing an estimate in not available. That is ridiculous. Please fix that problem! Add this and I change my reveiw!

I use CCC for Android at work every day. Lately there has been an issue taking photos. I'll hit the button to take the photo, the screen will flash like a photo was taken, and then nothing happens. The photo doesn't save and it keeps the camera open like nothing happened. This is making my job increasingly difficult.

Overall I do like & use the app on a daily basis. Android users can add multiple pictures using the Google photos app found under library. The problem when you choose multiple pictures, which is a great feature that works very well, is that it changes the order in which the pictures were taken. This is infuriating, don't change the order in which they where taken CCC!! PLEASE CORRECT IN YOUR NEXT ANDROID UPDATE ASAP!! Also, within this app, make it easier to scan the VIN when you open an existing assignment or work file too please. In my humble opinion, a tweaks & this is a 5 star app & I'll be changing my rating. Thanks CCC, keep up the good work.

We're at it again, updating the app to make it smarter and faster. In this release we have added another exciting feature that will allow users to manage their pay and account information.
