Expense Tracker is a simple, private way to take control of your money. Log spending in seconds, set monthly budgets per category, and snap a photo of a receipt to fill in the amount automatically all on your device, with nothing collected by us.

No accounts to create. No ads. No tracking. Your data stays yours.
— WHAT YOU CAN DO —
• Add expenses fast and organise them by category: Food, Transport, Shopping, Bills, Health, Entertainment, and Other.
• Set a monthly budget for each category and watch your remaining balance update live on the dashboard.
• See totals at a glance — total budget, spent, and what’s left.
• Scan receipts with your camera. On-device text recognition reads the amount for you, so you skip the typing.
• Amounts are shown in Rupees (Rs) with clean, readable formatting.

— PRIVACY YOU CAN TRUST —

This app is built privacy-first:
• Receipt scanning runs entirely ON YOUR DEVICE using on-device text recognition. Your photos never leave your phone and are never sent to any server.
• There is NO central server. We do not collect, sell, or share your data — because we never receive it.
• Optional backup is saved to YOUR OWN Google Drive (a private app folder). Only you can access it. You can delete it any time.
• No advertising and no third-party trackers.

— BACKUP & RESTORE —
Choose to back up your expenses and budgets to your own Google Drive, then restore them whenever you set up a new device. Your backup lives in your Drive account, under your control.
