They text and you can't reply. There is a phone number to call, but it's wrong. Some poor guy is getting all the CDI calls from upset customers like me in the area. He sounds exhausted. I got the correct phone number from Costco, but no one answers and the mailbox hadn't been set up. There is no way to contact the company through the app, or any way to point out errors in the deliver details. I'll never use their services again, and I'll write to Costco that they need a better delivery partner.

Be careful with this company. If you buying open items from Costco this company charges 4 times the normal price for delivery by giving all sort of reasons. Find outside movers who would do the better work for much less charges.. The basic service displayed is reasonable but they keep up selling lot of extra stuff. Be careful. Not sure why costco brokered the deal with this company.
