Mixed bag. Beautiful art, story and voice-acting. Terrible save mechanic, and the gameplay has turned Gwent, one of the most enjoyable aspects of WitcherIII imo, into a single-solution puzzle. Some of the combined card abilities end up just being wonky, watching the opponent spend three minutes on a turn, and then I still win somehow. Duke of Dogs battle is just ludicrous, and then it autosaves at the paywall. Can't recommend.

Great game that has been addapted for mobile play. I'm simply disappointed that it requires an internet connection to initialize. I pay for a single player game. I don't expect to need data or wifi to play. My work requires me to travel a great deal or spend time in spaces that block wifi signal for extended periods. I thought this game would help pass the time but I guess it was a wast of 10$.

Controls were not very intuitive. Screen crowd and the press and hold controls were annoying. Might be alright on tablet bit too small for my note 10. Beautiful art and voice acting. Can't take too much away from it for being a free trial but I lost interest quick and uninstalled it due to the unsatisfying controls.
