Scanning is still not working all of the time. App is clunky in operation. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. the programming process of the GPS units still has not been streamlined. Some days it works like it should other days it can take up to 1+ hrs to ping properly. We have received promise after promise that they are working on a fix. It never seems to get better.

This app is extremely buggy, the scanner works sometimes, it fails to locate a device way too often, logs me out when I'm in the middle of registering a device. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Theft Patrol was a WAY BETTER app.

When trying to scan device to install camera is up for a split second and states no matching devices found. Needs to give time to actually scan the bar code its incredibly frustrating.
