I love the food and drinks and black and brew, but this app is insanely glitchy on my Andriod. There is a bug where if you don't place the order immediately, it will lose all the items in the basket.

I love these guys but the app has some small issues this is a coffee shop coffee should be the first thing not food. adding payment methods manually in 2024 no google wallet access? kinda silly. Customer service always on point product is always amazing. Just not the app.

every once in awhile the app will log you out and it's a giant pain because it will not take a copied password from a password manager so when it happens you have to reset your password every single time.
