Downloaded because of an ad for a free drink, but then the locations didn't work on my phone or my husband's iPhone. Unfortunately, it made the app totally unusable.

a bit slow and occasionally buggy. logging into the website in the browser is sometimes easier, especially when trying to reset your password.

App won't remember me or my password, insists on typing in info every single time. Why deal with this when I can go to Starbucks?
