the first issue i had was I was double charged. I was told by the store and online customer service id be refunded. never was after multiple attempts. today the website let me place an online order. got there and was told they just closed and couldn't make my drinks I had already ordered ahead of time and they would "try to refund me". another. battle with corporate that will remain fruitless. would not recommend unless you order there in person.

This app is completely broken. Logging in with my password doesn't work and the password reset link doesn't work either. It doesn't even let me create a new account. Promo codes don't work for users that manage to log in. It's been in this state for years at this point and I can't believe it hasn't been fixed yet. Take it off of the app stores.

I've been a Brevity customer for some time, and my phone number is obviously on file. This prevents me from signing up (duplicate number). I also can't use the "forgot password" option, because my email is "not* on file.
