the first issue i had was I was double charged. I was told by the store and online customer service id be refunded. never was after multiple attempts. today the website let me place an online order. got there and was told they just closed and couldn't make my drinks I had already ordered ahead of time and they would "try to refund me". another. battle with corporate that will remain fruitless. would not recommend unless you order there in person.

I've been a Brevity customer for some time, and my phone number is obviously on file. This prevents me from signing up (duplicate number). I also can't use the "forgot password" option, because my email is "not* on file.

the app has no user support. it says i have an account when I try to create 1. so I requested my forgot password and I never get the email. the account keeps telling me my number is associated with an account but I can't login or get the reset password link.
