I loaded money on the app and tried to use it at my local coffee cart and was told that no funds were available. The app then showed the balance at zero, all the funds were gone. My credit card had been charged and I had to use a different card for the coffee order. So two coffees ended up being almost $40. Beware this could be a scam app!

The app is fine - user friendly and straightforward. However, my frustration is that there are absolutely zero descriptions for their drinks on the app. You have no idea what is in each drink...which doesn't fair well for people who have allergies. Please list the ingredients for each drink.

The convenience of the app is amazing, but I do wish there was an "other" option available where you could write in a flavoring that isn't listed on rhe app (coconut, other fruits, etc). Or an option listing available flavors would be great, too.
