I loaded money on the app and tried to use it at my local coffee cart and was told that no funds were available. The app then showed the balance at zero, all the funds were gone. My credit card had been charged and I had to use a different card for the coffee order. So two coffees ended up being almost $40. Beware this could be a scam app!

The app is fine - user friendly and straightforward. However, my frustration is that there are absolutely zero descriptions for their drinks on the app. You have no idea what is in each drink...which doesn't fair well for people who have allergies. Please list the ingredients for each drink.

Impossible to use rewards for online orders even though it says you can, and just now I tried to add a new credit card and it wouldn't let me and broke my whole order so I had to start over. I love the coffee shop but the app is horrible.
