love the shop, but the app drives me nuts. first, let me favorite my store. I hate hunting for it in the sort-by-distance view. second, it takes a crazy number of clicks to finish the sale after I've selected and chosen the tip. like, four clicks from there. just assume I'm sticking with my usual payment method and let me wrap up in one click, two max.

I was sent a coupon code. you have to use this app to use the coupon code. When checking out there was no place to add the code, so I ended up paying full price. This review has nothing to do with their food. Only has to do with their app. I would have canceled my order and not bought from them due to this.

updated: Go to SweetGreen or other instead. No one needs South Block. This is 2026. Apps aren't new. The app is a complete POS designed by ... morons. The CIO or CTO ought to be fired. Logging in STILL stinks. Much too hard, and two factor auth for something as stupid as smoothies?? The app doesn't tell you where it's sending notifications and you have to tell it your billing address is USA. WTeF? Additionally the app crashes, is overwrought and suffers from exceptionally poor UI/UX.
