The payment options dont work right. The amount of work I have to do to order my smoothie is ridiculous. Why would I ever tip? Honestly, why do you even have a storefront if you are so discouraging of helpful staff or people actually interacting. The food probably isn't even worth me returning to this location.

No way to update payment method. They make the simplest tasks impossible to do. Google Pay/Wallet do not work in this app and no matter what you do, the app will keep presenting you with errors. The people monitoring the app will ignore all complaints and do nothing to resolve the problem.

Restaurant is always busy with a long wait. The smoothies and bowls are delicious with fresh ingredients. The app has a nice sign up bonus. The products are pricey but high quality. There's ample seating indoors and out and the design of the space is nice.
