Ratings and reviews

Love the app, but the new format doesn't allow you to add your rewards to an order. When you click to start an order using your rewards, it goes to the menu and allows you to select your items to place your order, but your rewards don't get applied. I think the old system that gave you a promo code to enter at checkout worked better. The new automatic system doesn't seem to work.

From a customer perspective of someone who prefers to eat and order in the store this app has made the entire process far more difficult with no good options for doing so if you want any type of rewards or to use rewards earned in the previous app that was discontinued.

The app stop working. Now every time I enter my address to my account, it won't take it. I don't know what happened. It used to work fine for several years!
