Friedtichs makes me jump through so many hoops each time it updates its app. I have to resign in, sometimes readd payment choices. No other app does this. It's ridiculous. And the changes made aren't even user friendly improvements. And there is never an option. To add a note to baristas about the order, such as "easy on ice" or "not too hot." Disgusted customer. This nuisance defeats the purpose of having an app. Baristas, however, are great!!!

This was my first time using the app to order and it asked me more questions than I needed to answer. The barista actually knew what I was trying to order and made my drink how I had wanted it. Thank you!

Constantly logs out by itself and have not had points added multiple times
